Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups eggnog
- 6 tbsps butter, melted
- 1 tbsp bourbon
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, butter and bourbon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Follow the manufacturers directions, adding the correct amount of batter and cook.
