Cut in butter until crumbly. Add enough milk to yolk to equal 2\/3 cup. Mix until dough holds together; divide in 1\/2. Roll 1\/2 flat and line 15 1\/2 x 10 1\/2 x 1 inch pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Combine apples, sugar, spices; spread over crust. Roll out other 1\/2 and place on top of apples; pinch edges to seal; brush with egg white. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
