{"id":522,"date":"2025-12-26T13:51:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T13:51:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooleysekula.net\/cooking\/?p=522"},"modified":"2026-03-09T11:58:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T11:58:12","slug":"cinnamon-quinoa-breakfast-bowls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooleysekula.net\/cooking\/index.php\/2025\/12\/26\/cinnamon-quinoa-breakfast-bowls\/","title":{"rendered":"Cinnamon Quinoa Breakfast Bowls"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Serves 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3\/4 cup unsweetened almond milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cup quinoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 cup water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/8 tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 medium banana, sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp almond butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp slivered almonds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine almond milk, quinoa, water, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat.
