{"id":361,"date":"2021-02-06T16:47:19","date_gmt":"2021-02-06T16:47:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooleysekula.net\/cooking\/?p=361"},"modified":"2024-01-06T11:24:11","modified_gmt":"2024-01-06T11:24:11","slug":"moroccan-fish-in-spicy-tomato-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cooleysekula.net\/cooking\/index.php\/2021\/02\/06\/moroccan-fish-in-spicy-tomato-sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Moroccan Fish in Spicy Tomato Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 lb fish <\/li><li>1\/2 C chopped onion <\/li><li>1 tsp minced garlic<\/li><li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li><li>2 tbsp tomato paste <\/li><li>15 oz can crushed tomatoes <\/li><li>1 C water<\/li><li>2 tbsp smoked paprika <\/li><li>1 tbsp paprika <\/li><li>1 tsp powdered ginger <\/li><li>1 tsp cumin<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp crushed red pepper <\/li><li>1 tsp pepper <\/li><li>1\/4 C chopped cilantro <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.  Add onion and saut\u00e9 until translucent, about 5 minutes.  Add garlic and saut\u00e9 about 1 minute.<\/li><li>Add tomato paste, smoked paprika, paprika, ginger, cumin, salt and pepper and saut\u00e9 about 1 minute.<\/li><li>Add crushed tomatoes and water, mix well.  Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Gently place fish in sauce, cover fish with sauce.
