Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Combine first<br>three ingrediants. Pour in pan and chill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Middle Layer \u2014<br>2. Disolve 1 package plain gelatin in 1\/2 cup of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3, Heat 1 cup half and half and then cool. Do not boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin mixture.<br>Spread on top of the jello in 9X13 pan. Let set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top Layer \u2014<br>5. Spoon strawberries carefully over middle layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Combine 6 oz package strawberry jello, 1 cup boiling water,<br>and 1 cup cold water.
