Ingredients – Creamy Wing Sausce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce or other buffalo wing sauce
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue feta
Ingredients – Meatballs
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 of the creamy wing sauce
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 celery stalk, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup green onion, diced
- Salt
- Favorite dressing for serving
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small sauce pan, combine all the ingredients for wing sauce. Heat over medium high heat, stirring continuously until butter and cheese are melted. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl combine chicken, eggs, and 1/2 of the creamy wing sauce. Add the bread crumbs, celery, garlic, and onion. Mix well.
- Form meatballs and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until center reaches 165 F.
- Toss cooked meatballs with remaining wing sauce. Serve with favorite dressing.
