Ingredients:
3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut oil ( or canola)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp finely diced lemongrass
1 tbsp Thai chile sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Pour over cooked wings and toss to coat.
Yield: Enough for 2 lbs wings
