Ingredients:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 (4 oz) center-cut pork loin chops
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Prepare the grill.
2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub pork
with spice mixture, let stand 10 minutes.
3. Place pork on grill rack. Grill 4 minutes. Turn pork;
grill 2 minutes. Brush each chop with 1 tbsp sauce and grill
2 minutes or until done.
Yield: 4 servings
