Lexington Red Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring
to boil. Cook until reduced to 1.25 cups (about 5 minutes).
