Katie’s Moose Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
Cookies:
1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2.5 cup sifted flour

Frosting:
3/4 cup powder sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in
flour until blended.

2. Chill dough 3 – 4 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 350. Rollout dough and cut into desired shapes
with cookie cutters. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

4. To prepare frosting, melt butter and combine all ingredients and
beat until smooth.
