Ingredients:
16 oz. jumbo shells
4 cups ricotta cheese
18 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 – 3 pkgs. crab sticks
Directions:
1. Cook shells till done.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and first 8 ingredients (ricotta – pepper).
4. Chop crab sticks and add to mixture.
5. Line pans with part of the sauce.
6. Stuff shells with mixture and place shells seam side down on pan. Cover with the remaining sauce.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
