Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

WINGS:
3 (1.25 lbs) skinless, boneless chicken breasts,
cut into 1-in strips, 3-4 in long
2 oz Tabasco sauce
6 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
cooking spray

DIPPING SAUCE:
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400. Spray aluminum foil lined baking
pan with cooking spray. Arrange marinated chicken strips on
the pan and bake 20-30 minutes or until done.

2. For the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a
small bowl.
