1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 serrano chiles, finely minced
1 large carrot, grated
3 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp cilantro
2 tbsp mint
1/2 tsp black pepper
