Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups buttermilk
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and butter. Add the buttermilk and stir. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Ladle batter onto waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
