Buffalo-Style Sauce

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Hot Sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (1/3 tsp dried)
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients.

2. Pour sauce over cooked wings and toss to coat.

Yield: Enough sauce for 2 lbs wings
