Ingredients:
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
4 scallions (both white and green parts), thinly sliced
Large pinch dired red chile flakes
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar,
half of the scallions and chile flakes.
2. Pour sauce over cooked wings, toss to coat. Sprinkle remaining
scallions on wings.
Yield: Enough for 2 lbs wings
